Certificabile Ferrari Classiche. Financing available. 1949 Ferrari 166 Panoramica Zagato. The 1949 166 Panoramica Zagato represents the first Ferrari with bodywork by Zagato. It was Zagato's first Ferrari and Ferrari's first coupé, with Gioacchino Colombo collaborating on the final design. Called Panoramica, the coupé featured a futuristic design with curved plexiglass windows integrated with the roof and body. Commissioned by gentleman driver Antonio Stagnoli, it took part in competitions such as Coppa Intereuropa and Mille Miglia. In 1950 the car was lost when Zagato, at the owner's request, transformed the chassis into a barchetta. Decades later, at the request of a client, the Zagato atelier recreated the lost iconic 166 Panoramica starting from the base of a Ferrari 166 Vignale. Thanks to the photometric process and the support of Ferrari Classiche, the missing coupé came back to life in 2007 on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the Prancing Horse. The car can be certified by Ferrari Classiche.
