The 1949 Ferrari 166 Panoramica Zagato is Zagato's first Ferrari and Ferrari's first coupé. It features a futuristic design with curved plexiglass windows integrated with the roof and body. Commissioned by gentleman driver Antonio Stagnoli, the Panoramica participated in events such as Coppa Intereuropa and the Mille Miglia. In 1950 the car was lost when Zagato transformed the chassis into a barchetta. Decades later, Zagato recreated the lost Panoramica starting from a Ferrari 166 Vignale; with photometric reconstruction and Ferrari Classiche support, the reproduction was completed in 2007 for Ferrari's 60th anniversary. The car can be certified by Ferrari Classiche.
