1955 Alfa Romeo 1900 CSS Touring Superleggera. The Alfa Romeo 1900 CSS (Passo Corto Super Sprint) is a family car built to race and win. The 1951 version, with a shorter wheelbase, was funnier to drive and more reactive. In 1955, thanks to the huge success, Alfa Romeo upgraded the engine to a 1.975 cc unit delivering 115 hp. Today there are only a few specimens of this particular model, making it a very uncommon car. This car was owned by a well-known collector of Treviso and kept in his personal museum. It also carries ASI Certification, with the possibility to be eligible for Mille Miglia and various Concours d’Elegance events.
